Job Description:
Objective:
To learn the CRM landscape and join the team in driving activation and adoption improvement initiatives across the region
Area to be covered:
· Business performance analysis and reporting
· Consumer & professional lifecycle journey
· Loyalty content management
· User experience improvement
Curriculum:
1. Support CRM activation and adoption program evolution – document lifecycle journey blueprints, communication templates, consolidate benchmarks, test and learn results and automation activities across region
2. Get exposure to CRM performance dashboarding and support dashboard and report iterations and update ongoing business needs to data and technology teams, for continuous improvement of CRM performance data views.
3. Support implementation of user experience initiatives (UI/UX upgrade) for native app loyalty program
4. Support admin management of mobile measurement platform (user management, period review of user adoption, update integrated media partner, conversion events)
5. Document user guides to contribute to regional resource tool kits
Support and participate in business user testing activities for regional projects, in collaboration with markets.
