Job Description
Coordination of the project team with regular follow-up meetings and effective communication with Sponsors (SteerCo preparation & presentation).
Defining milestones and dependencies with the team and stakeholders.
Conducting workshops and meetings with users and other IT teams to identify and track project requirements.
Working closely with multiple divisions to drive projects to successful completion.
Ability to translate finance / procurement requirements to IT and vice versa.
Requirements
Degree in any field, with minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT delivery finance application projects. (ERP, reporting)
Finance business process knowledge (eg : month end closing process) and good understanding on data flow.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively with good attention to details and documentations.
Critical thinking, open minded and problem-solving skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
