General Summary:

This position will support the team as Project Manager with strong communication skillset, working closely with program team on End User Services rollout for the ASPAC region. 

In line with our Credo, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional, cross-sector teams to inform, educate, and inspire key audiences internally and important stakeholders externally. 

 

Scope of work for Project Manager:

  • Responsible for the End User Services rollout in the region.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, takes the initiative in finding ways to help with the successful delivery of projects and programs
  • Ability to lead and drive the project team to deliver planned outcome that meet program/project strategic objective. Ensure assigned project/program are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Develop project plan, manages and tracks all deliverables, budget and timeline, and setting success criteria with project team. Always look out for opportunities to streamline project deliverable and improve budget and timeline wherever possible. 
  • Responsible for clearly documenting and communicating multiple assigned programs and projects - scope, schedule, quality, budget, and benefits to all stakeholder.
  • Identify and manages stakeholders with regular project updates and follow up based on project communication cadence.
  • Maintains short-term activity schedules, request logs, prepares IT SLA reporting, and program/project information requirements.
  • Retrieves information including user/client requirements and helps develop business use cases.
  • Schedules regular meetings, records decisions, and distributes information to the project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyzing and mitigating risks throughout the program/project lifecycle with the support of project team. Anticipates issues and responds proactively to address potential issues and manages project constraint.
  • Develop, track and manage Project/Program financial during the project/program duration. Ensure all financial project/program are closed by end of project/program. 
  • Secure and assemble project resources to support program/project.
  • Ensure program/project are delivered according to JNJ standard and expected quality.
  • Facilitate across internal and external teams, including IT teams, the customer(s), and vendor(s)
  • Adhere to PMO compliance procedures.

Scope of work for Communications:

  • Support Program Team in developing and implementing a strategic plan to communicate regional End User Services rollout schedule and its business impact. 
  • Responsible for developing key internal and external presentations, including talking points, speeches, and slides for LT.
  • Facilitate meetings, build agendas with input from the program team, organize presentation materials and coordinate presenters.
  • Support program communication strategies.
  • Managing internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.).
  • Constant program update on portals, email and other necessary media. 
  • Mature communications of IT accomplishments highlighting business value.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field, with 8 -10 years of project experience in a large, cross-functional environment with strong communication skillsets.
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional writing ability and proven expertise in executive communication, including speechwriting and presentation development
  • An effective problem solver
  • Must have the ability to navigate in a highly decentralized, collaborative work environment, to influence without authority, align and deliver on strategic and tactical topics, at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in use of standard office automation tools, such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
