ObjectiveTo learn and support the operations of ACUVUE® e-store on Lazada, Qoo10 and ShopeeMentorConnected Commerce ManagerArea to be covered
- Drafting creative brief to external agency
- Uploading of campaign assets
- Tracking e-store performance and preparing report
- Creating and maintaining e-store listings
- Provide first level support to customer service on order details
Roles of managing e-store campaign
- Requesting of creative assets
- Uploading of creative assets
- Set up of promotion mechanics
Business Analytics
- Tracking of campaign performance
- Analyzing performance
- A/B test
- Making recommendations to improve e-store KPIs such as traffic, conversion and revenue
