DESCRIPTION

 

• The Finance Analyst will be supporting Janssen Asia Pacific regional SigniFI team with the regional deployment activities of rolling out new financial systems and processes to the markets. The Finance Analyst will report to the SigniFI Senior Finance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support regional project team in user acceptance testing of future state systems and process to ensure it is working are as per expected and meet the regional needs, etc
• Support in data validation exercises with good-quality analytics and insights to ensure data reasonableness. 
• Develop regional best practices to share out with the countries.
• Acts as liaison with countries and global teams when appropriate and supporting the countries in the adoption on run state systems and processes
• Maintain strong financial compliance by ensuring 100% compliance with J&J governance process and globally guided policy 
• Assists in ad hoc projects/ assignments

• On-time and good-quality reports and analysis

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional Experience: 5-7 years work experience in Finance
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes
• Strong process improvement, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with handling big data sets
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft excel is required
