Description

The FP&A Analyst will be part of regional office to support overall forecasting, planning, and analysis activities. Responsibilities include:

Forecasting, planning and actual analysis:

• Support Sr Finance manager on specific forecasting and budgeting tasks including detail database preparation, expense reporting and forecast for certain cost centers. 

• Work with global and regional FP&A team on planning, forecasting and reporting activities.

• Work with shared services team on intercompany cross charges, budget management and queries.

Quarter close and standard reporting

• Deliver standard and forecast reporting

• Performance analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and above or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience finance experience. FP&A background if preferred

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.  Knowledge of planning system and SAP experience is preferred.

• Independent thinking, proactiveness and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.

• Ability to navigate thru different financial reporting/planning systems, able to handle ambiguity and work through change management
