Global Regulatory Policy & Intelligence for Asia Pacific Intern
(Jul 1 – Dec 31, 2023, Full time Internship, Monday- Friday)
(Non-credit bearing internship- Requires LOA OR Credit bearing internship)
Through the supervision by the Associate Director of GRPI AP Policy & Intelligence Lead to acquire the regulatory policy & intelligence knowledge in Asia pacific and exert his/her best effort to contribute to the following areas:
1. Assist the supervisor in communicating with local and regional regulatory staff and stakeholders for those emerging regulatory issues and intelligence from GRPI/GRA
2. Supporting the GRPI-AP team to establish and improve regular communication forums for the dissemination of regulatory intelligence and information on emerging policy issues
3. As the representative to participate global team for managing the GRPI website
4. Collaboration with global teams to maintain the GRPI SharePoint and keep it updated
5. Coordinate and manage GRPI-AP monthly meetings and
6. Support supervisor to manage the cross-sector e-labeling Communicate of Practice ( CoP) collaboration meeting including meeting agenda and minutes
7. Partnering with global and regional and Local Operating Companies ( LOC) regulatory colleagues to organize the Asia Pacific regulatory policy hot topics to share the Asia pacific regulatory trends to GRA and relevant stakeholders
8. Coordinate and support the GRPI-AP team to collecting external regulatory policy and intelligence trends and working with LOC to publish the “Asia Pacific Quarterly Regulatory Policy Bulletin”
9. Cooperation with GRPI-AP and LOC colleagues to coordinate AP viewpoint to support PILL4R project
10. Coordinate the RWE, Digital, Gene/cell therapy, and Orpha Drug Newsletters from AP perspective
11. Act as the AP representative for GRPI Operation and Regulatory Intelligence Service Team to contribute AP viewpoint
Qualification and Education background:
12. Singapore University student with an education background of Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Science etc.
13. Chinese or Japanese speaking is preferred.
