- Main responsibilities:
- Ensures activities and operations in the laboratory are in accordance with internal and external compliance (eg EHS)
- Assist the Laboratory Manager with relevant safety management
- Maintain equipment calibrations and records in a timely manner to ensure compliance with SOPs
- Ensuring all documentation related to calibration activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion
- Organizing and storing all chemical substances, fluids, and compressed gases according to safety instructions
- Compile all the RMs request and send to supplier and manufacturing site
- Support the incoming and outgoing logistics of the laboratory
- Support the daily activities of the laboratory as determined by business needs
- Background (education, experience and competency requirements)
- Min Diploma in Chemistry/ Biology/ Life science or relevant field, with 2 years of experience in the lab
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites of applications
- Experience in mechanical operation and maintenance (preferred)
- Relevant experience in warehouse and logistics
- Basic knowledge of chemistry
- Familiar with the operation process of laboratory
