Job Responsibility

·       Taking responsibilities for repairing and testing of DePuy products.

·       Managing the tools upkeep and calibration.

·       Managing work orders, quotations, and Invoicing of service.

·       Managing Repair Centre Upkeep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness.

·       Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving.

·       Working with Synthes Switzerland and other J&J companies for all repairs related work requirement.

·       Using MD S&R to manage the repair activity.

·       Performing on site commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices.

·       Up to 25% of international travel may be required.

·       You might be required to work on weekend, , once in a while

·       Tracking warranties of instruments.

·       Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support.

·       Managing Service Logistics (inwards and out wards repairs).

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

·       Diploma/ Degree in any Field with minimum 1 year of experience in a field service or technician role.

·       Ability to trouble-shoot.

·       Basic Microsoft office skills
