Company Description

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead and Consolidate monthly PPV reporting with External Manufacturing (EM) team
• and source finance. 
• Responsible for reporting and maintaining monthly tracker of PPV report, Planisware (PLW) projects and source P&L. 
• Coordinate NPD/NPI costing activity and data analysis activities for EM Team
• Need to be EM Team’s SME for SAP, Planisware, Prisma etc for EM category (post internal training)
• Provide support for data analytics, data cleansing and support ad-hoc costing and data requests on a need-to basis
• Prepare data summaries when needed and help escalate the challenges and support team with template preparation and engagement during biddings/market engagement process 
• Ensure contractual compliance for spend and help to upload contracts on ICD Contract system 
• Support cross functional project team in New Product Introduction/Development or in LCM and BCP projects 
• Support and lead external supplier engagement when necessary 

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree in Supply Chain, with 1-3 years of Supply Chain or Data Analytics Experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically with MS Excel (functions/formula, V look up etc)
