Translational Science Intern 

 (1st July 2022 – 30th Dec 2022, Full time Internship, Monday- Friday)

(Non-Credit bearing internship (needs LOA) or Credit bearing)

Description

• Supports Manager/Principal Scientist on TS projects

• Lead the flawless and timely execution of all tests in assigned projects. This includes working

with Translational Science Compliance Leader/ Systems Specialist to ensure SOP compliance of all assigned

tests.

• Ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with high ethical/quality standards and all applicable

policies and procedures.

• Monitors TS activities against project plans.

• Provides oversight of TS studies and acts as liaison with research vendors.

• Analyzes data from TS tests and translates into actionable insights for the business.

• Identifies, assesses, builds, and/or implements data science capabilities/solutions within Translational Science.

Specific Internship Curriculum / Exposure: 

Data Science, Predictive Modelling, Consumer Understanding Studies, Ingredient Research, Hybrid / Real World Evidence Studies, Behavioral Studies

Candidate Requirements:

Typically requires Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years or Master’s degree with 1-2+ years or PhD degree with 0+ years of industry and/or relevant work experience in qualitative and quantitative research in Consumer & Sensory Science or Market Research, with emphasis on data analytics and data modeling. Some prior exposure to Personal Care products preferred and understanding on Life science applications will be a plus
