Johnson & Johnson WORKSENSETM (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.
We are currently looking for Product Security Investigation Manager, APAC. This will be a 1 Year contract, with high potential to renew/ convert to perm.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

The role will provide critical support to the Asia Pacific Education Solutions team, with a focus on Professional Education. Limited support of Commercial Education, Digital Education and Strategic Skills teams.

 

  1. Support successful planning and delivery of all regional Professional Education (and some Commercial Education) programs and activities
    • Correspond with Professional and Commercial Education managers and local professional education and marketing stakeholders to understand in advance meeting requirements for successful conduct of event.
    • Managing of pre-event registration, including providing updated information on registration status
    • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors in arranging and preparing of promotional materials 
    • Arrangement of faculty pre-meeting 
    • Plan and execute event rehearsal to test technologies and address and concerns
    • Ensure adherence to planned format, compliance with regulations, cooperation between vendors, resolution of issues, and overall satisfaction of faculties and participants.
    • Attend event logistics and planning calls
    • On-site/ off-site logistics support on event/ program day, including live event monitoring and supporting event producer for online professional and commercial education events. Resolve issues as they arise on event day
    • Prepares post-event report on training activities and results and prepares on-demand webcasts monthly updates on key metrics

       
  2. Administrative – Finance and Accounting
    • If supplier/HCP is not in the SG payment system-Ariba
      • Create the supplier in Aravo system – complete the fields & justification form
      • Assist Supplier/HCP on the supplier code creation (if any)
      • Coordinate with the helpdesk to resolve the problems/issue
    • If supplier/HCP is in the SG payment system-Ariba
      • Create and manage PR/RFP for payment - non-HCC related expenses
      • Tracking on the approval status, follow-up with approver if PR/CR not approved
      • Liaise/Assist suppliers if they encountered payment issues
      • Closing of blanket POs; invoice mismatch; duplicate orders

 

  1. Administrative – Providing support to the regional Education Solutions team
    • Maintain and manage the Asia Pacific Live page, ensure the page is up-to date with events programs
    • Maintain and manage regional professional education Sharepoint site 
    • Maintain Axonify content and complete quarterly Tableau dashboard
    • Maintenance and report generation of digital education and strategic skills metrics 
    • Shipment arrangements for import/ export of demo tools etc. (if any)
    • Tracking of budget and spent. Liaise with Finance and Affiliates on cross-charging

 

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Min. Diploma in any field, with min 2-3 years of administrative/ events experience 
  • Knowledge in office procedures and experience in project management is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Experience with building and generating reports and data analytics is highly desired
