Supply Chain Planning Executive

1 Year Contract, high potential to renew/ convert to perm

 

Johnson & Johnson WORKSENSETM (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.
We are currently looking for Supply Chain Planning Executive. This will be a 1 Year contract, with high potential to renew/ convert to perm

 

Overall responsibility

Manage rollout of Hero SKUS across new markets to support Business growth for non-Lead market in low touch and agile manner. As a regional planning contact, the person would be responsible for assessing feasibility of supporting the SKU, setting up master data, aligning on feasible timelines in project meeting & build connect with markets to ensure flow through S&OP. Also, wherever needed support to create new way of working for faster turnaround of the launches.

 

In parallel, the role will also cover the day-to-day supply planning activities for a small product portfolio, using SAP APO.

 

Principal Responsibilities 

  • Supports in ROOS (Roll out of open stock) MCL list creation for Essentials and Skin Health wrt MOQ, Lead Time, Ordering Frequency
  • Represent planning function in the NPD team for feasibility assessment of asks
  • Shape the rollout model along with PMO and Planners
  • Build visibility (Risks and Opportunities) & Support needed for ROOS packs
  • Ensure supply planning process is executed for a group of products to maximize service levels and optimize inventory taking into account operational constraints (using SAP APO)

 

The position will be measured primarily on:

  • NTS supported
  • Projects launched on time
  • Product availability

Other Dimensions:

  • Creation of robust and agile process to support faster launch of Hero SKUs in new markets

 

Requirements

 

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain; Logistics or equivalent, with 1-3 years of Supply Chain Experience 
  • Proficient in Excel
