We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Technology Program Manager within the Supply Chain IT group. 

 

The Supply Chain Technology Program Manager will be working on the Touchless Order program which is a key digital Supply Chain initiative. 


Responsibilities: 

 

• Responsible for defining key project objectives such as scope, schedule, resources, and risks.
• Fulfill project management needs in the Touchless Order program by collaborating with the technical leads and functional managers on planning and executing projects or portions of a project through various phases of the development
• Responsible for working with the core team to define OKRs and identify and address critical path issues or roadblocks.
• Support the team as a liaison to cross-functional partners and represent the team at various cross program meetings.
• Create, monitor and analyze project risks. Assist in identification of mitigation strategies. This may include detailed management of project risk, decision, and/or issue logs.
• Actively plan and drive cross-functional project teams to deliver goals according to plans and timelines.
• Develop, track, and analyze program’s key performance indicators including the effectiveness of technical strategies, project execution, to provide management detailed status updates.
• Facilitate meetings, organize meeting minutes and driving action items.
• Manage PMO department reporting dashboards, including development, update, and risk status.
• Allocate tasks among project specific team members and lead team to execute on objectives.
• Understand the business’s needs and priorities from the product, support management of our intake and prioritization process. 
• Support the team in “building the right thing”, shaping the MVP’s, realizing product line roadmap, goals & business value 
• Responsible for project oversight of product development initiatives 
• Improves return on investment by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value 
• Negotiate with the business to see what items (story points) are built and which are backlogged based on capacity 
• Tracks progress of product build in the context of the larger program 
• Reports back to the business on status on the delivery of features, functionality, and applications

Qualifications

 

• A minimum education of a Bachelor level degree is required; Master’s degree such as an MBA is preferred, with 10-15 years of project management / program management experience
• Experience with SAP, software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Applying program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of products and services is required 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in E2E Supply Chain processes – Order to Cash, Planning, Deliver
• Experience working with/managing large, culturally diverse, global teams 
• Experience driving business value through information technology 
• Ability to successfully lead multiple critical priorities/issues 
• Experience in working with multiple partners within a matrix organization
