DESCRIPTION

 

This role supports the Singapore MedTech(Medical Device) sectors to drive administrative duties related to projects & events for the department. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Project Management of events ie. Townhalls, internal/external meetings
  • Agency and venue sourcing
  • Request Submissions & Agreements
  • Travel and Logistic arrangements and planning
  • Visa applications for business travels whenever required
  • Post Event Analysis
  • Booking of meeting rooms and engaging IT Support as and when required
  • Delivery services (Courier services)
  • Record and Filing
  • Other adhoc general admin duties as and when required
  • Calendar management for Directors in the absence of Executive Assistant

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work with different levels of internal and external stake holders
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-starter, “can-do” attitude, and meticulous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
