Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Purpose: To support Value Added Services (VAS) and inbound daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Value Added Services
To monitor VAS operations and ensure all reports required for labelling activities are generated successfully for outbound orders to be shipped on time
To work closely with affiliate to resolve related master data issues for outbound orders
To generate Batch Wise List for manual labelling orders for ANZ
To manage ANZ kitting orders processing
To support Outbound and Quality team to ensure effective and compliant labelling process while meeting daily/monthly KPIs
To manage 3PL labelling operations by supervising activities in the labelling room; troubleshoot, investigate, and perform corrective action to resolve issues when required
To raise Quality Issues (QI) in Trackwise/EtQ and complete investigations for the issues on time
To support SOP document update when required
To support rework process which include placing order for VAS packaging materials for rework process
To support end to end User Acceptance Testing in Loftware system for new labelling processes or negative testing during problem-root-cause analysis
Inbound
· Generating of Data/Data Representation for Inbound & Inventory on Performance Management Platforms or Operational Requirements
· Source Complaints Handling: Complaint Logging, Following up with Source for Investigation and Complaint Closure
· Record of Credit/Debit Notes, if any, received from source as part of complaint closure
· Source Complaints Dashboard Preparation
· Coordinate and support Finance Team for Finance closure of all the Inbound Shipment Invoices for Differences
· PR/PO Creation in Ariba E-Market Place
Qualification:
· Min Diploma/ Bachelor in Engineering / Business Administration (Industrial / Mechanical / /Operations)/ Management/Supply Chain/Logistics
· Min 1 year of experience Project management / Warehouse Operation / Value added services operations/ Supply Chain
Technical Skills:
· Familiar with SAP System
· Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and cross-functional linkages
· Quality orientation on Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/FMCG labelling process flow
· Customer (internal and external) driven approach
· Experience in Manufacturing / Labelling / Packaging in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical /FMCG industry preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Microsoft PowerPoint and Loftware
· Vendor & Affiliate management
