Summary:

Performs administrative duties including budget tracking and responsibilities to support diverse range of programs and projects for AP Strategy Organization (APSO) including Commercial Excellence (CE), New Business Development (NBD), Market Access (MA), Strategic Marketing (SM) and the Medical Affairs Team (MAF)

This role requires connecting with multiple functions, teams and senior leaders in the organisation to coordinate for efficient management of projects/programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs numerous diversified secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties and responsibilities for the executive programs and projects led by teams across APSO. This includes but not limited to;

  • PO and PR creation, working with Procurement teams and Vendors.

·       Support end to end project approval progress and compliance management as required overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to approval completion as well as supporting all compliance needs for the projects such as HC Compliance and TPI Due Diligence processes.

  • Responsible for budget and vendor management including the creation or change of internal orders, supplier and HealthCare Professional  (HCP) profile creation

  • Liaise with program owners or project leaders and Legal to assist with contracting and obtaining signatures on Adobe sign with uploading of supplier contracts/agreements onto ICD.

  • Ensure vendor MSAs/ editable work orders are updated (legal, procurement).

  • Raise RFP for AMEX and HCP Payments

  • Managing service vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of the results.

  • Manage the inventory of program/project deliverables and documentation including team projects and workload unit tracking.

  • Ad Hoc arrangements of events and meetings per the requirements of program/projects may be required

 

Requirement:
  • Educational background of bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a Strong Finance background with minimum 3 years of business/ admin experience

  • Experience in successfully handling finance and project management,

  • Basic understanding compliance processes and systems with learning agility to embrace new technology and platforms.

  • Working-level skills in various business IT applications

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment that promotes diversity and inclusion

  • Resourceful with proven track record to multi-task, work independently and follow-up actively to ensure swift completion of tasks

  • Team player with the ability to be flexible if needed.

  • Attention to details and organizational skills required.

  • Collaborative skills to engage with other groups and teams to address business needs.

  • Some Finance background and procurement administration / vendor management preferred.
