As the Project/PMO Coordinator/ Specialist in the APAC Vision Care team, you will ensure timely and smooth implementation of Consumer Eye Health Projects in AP. You will drive flawless execution of identified key projects, establish project governance and transparency, and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders across AP and the agencies. Key responsibilities include:
§ Project management - including setting key milestones, prioritizing & tracking, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
§ Collaborate with other market representatives, department leaders, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
§ Ensure we meet commitments with partners while upholding J&J's standards and adhering to internal policies and processes.
§ Attends regional/local Project meetings (Kick-off, Overview, Alignment, Technical with Printer) with regular communication on overall Project status and issues.
§ Monitors and maintains regional and local Project timelines and costs by anticipating, escalating, and resolving roadblocks and issues to relevant personnel.
§ Responsible for artwork management process including:
o Manages the pre-alignment and artwork briefing process for artwork execution
o Provide artwork brief to the artwork vendor
o Manage artwork system process with cross functions
o Interface between regulatory, quality, manufacturing site and designers
o Responsible for printproof
We are seeking an individual with outstanding leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Other requirements include:
§ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field with 2-5 years of PMO experience; within the health care/ Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
§ Project Management Office experience.
§ Strong leadership skills.
§ Microsoft Office literate
§ Good project management and organizational skills.
§ Detail-orientated, good time management skills
§ Knowledge of packaging artwork management
