Regulatory Affairs Intern 

(July 1 - Dec 31, 2022, Full time Internship, Monday- Friday)

(Non-credit bearing internship- Requires LOA OR Credit bearing internship)

 

 

Job Description:

  1. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist MD will be responsible to support the operational and administrative tasks of assigned Projects for APAC countries.
  2. Assist in the review of APAC Countries’ registration information.
  3. Maintain departmental and source company databases of regulatory approvals
  4. Work closely with APAC Regional Regulatory Teams to ensure project’s scopes, requirements and tasks are well-communicated and understood
  5. Facilitate in strategizing effective approach, through proactively engagement/discussion and provide data analysis support, to ensure Project objectives are accomplished within a defined period of time
  6. Attain and seek regulatory perspectives, feedbacks and queries from APAC country leads and consolidate in a concise manner for management reporting.   
  7. Contribute to continuous review and improvement of processes within the Country Regulatory Affairs (RA) department to ensure consistent, efficient and effective practices
  8. Contribute to RA Team meetings to learn from colleagues, share experiences and best practice

 

Requirements 

  1. Ability to interpret complex issues and present them in simple terms to facilitate understanding by others
  2. Able to handle big data analysis
  3. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects 
  4. Must be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, work successfully within a team environment and as an individual contributor; 
  5. Enthusiasm for Regulatory Affairs: achievement-oriented with a high degree of flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing regulatory environment
  6. Proactive team player, able to take charge and follow-through
