SEA & SG CRM Intern

(Jan 1 – Jun 30, 2023, Full time Internship, Monday- Friday)

(Non-credit bearing internship- Requires LOA OR Credit bearing internship)

Objective          

To lead digital platform initiatives that builds the eye health ecosystem for the Vision Care business unit. 

Area to be covered     

Marketing, Customer Experience, Consumer Journey, Agile Project Management, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, 

Curriculum      

• Uncovering, analysing and converting raw data into actionable business insights
• Create and map customer journeys in relation to customer education or retention
• Working in a cross-functional team to align on Marketing and CRM campaigns 
• Managing inventory management for rewards and perks provided to our customers
• Managing unique customer service incidents
• Contributing ideas and development effort for web and mobile development
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation and coordinate or perform testing of system modifications

Requirements:

• Keen to understand the marketing lifecycle and the usage of technology to enhance customers’ experience
• Conscientious with keen interest to learn
• Faculty / Course Preferred: Any Faculty
• Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Conduct data analysis with any data visualisation experience
• Proactive team player
• Be excellent at time management
• Demonstrated ability to handle projects
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different work functions
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills
• Documentation and writing skills
